Theatre Bio for the Kendalls

Ken and Julie Kendall are both Professors at Rutgers University. They have authored numerous articles and books, including the 9th edition of Systems Analysis and Design, and are known for their groundbreaking work in metaphors in business.They have recently worked with nonprofit off-Broadway theatres and are currently publishing articles on how the concept of colonialism and the third space applies in the theatre world. Ken and Julie have served the theatre community in many ways: as official nominators for The Drama League, Patrons of the Atlantic Theater Company and Manhattan Theatre Club, Partners at the Public Theater, and lifetime members of the American Theatre Wing. Ken, who received his Distinguished Professorship in 2007, is Chairman of the Board of EgoPo (classic theatre on the edge) in Philadelphia.

Ken and Julie have written new lyrics to the Rutgers Alma Mater, sung annually at commencement ceremonies. The Kendalls can be reached at stageright@thekendalls.org
